THE GOOD COPYWRITER: Privacy, Refund & Disclaimer Policy

I am Klementyna de Sternberg Stojalowska, trading as The Good Copywriter.
Our registered office is at 30 Fountain Road, Tain IV19 1DA, UK. I act as the “data controller” in respect of the personal data we collect in connection with our masterclass (“Beyond the Buzzwords”) and other offers.
2. Privacy Notice: What personal data we collect & why

When you register for the masterclass we may collect:
Your name, email address and payment information (via PayPal)
IP address, browser/device details (for analytics, fraud prevention)
Any other information you choose to submit (e.g., in free-text fields, feedback forms)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To fulfill your purchase and deliver the masterclass, materials.
To send you relevant updates, offers and information about The Good Copywriter, when you have consented.
To analyse and improve our services and recognise fraudulent or unauthorised use.

We do not sell or rent your data. We will share your data only with authorised service providers (e.g., payment processor, email automation provider, webinar platform) who act as our processors and follow our data security standards.

We retain your purchase and contact information for a period of 1 year, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. Personal data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

At present, The Good Copywriter website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, or profiling purposes.

These are strictly necessary and do not collect personally identifiable information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For the “Beyond the Buzzwords” masterclass: You may request a full refund if you notify us by email at admin@thegoodcopywriter.co.uk at least 24 hours before the event start time (10 am GMT on Wednesday 12 November).
After that time, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual if agreed in writing by both parties.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event; in that case, you will be offered a full refund or access to a rescheduled event.
4. Earnings / Results Disclaimer
Our content aims to provide useful ideas and strategies for coaches and service professionals. However, we make no guarantee of income, business success or specific results from participating in the masterclass, using materials or prompts provided. Results depend on individual effort, business experience, market factors and many variables outside our control.
Any testimonials or case studies represent exceptional outcomes and should not be taken as typical.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Copywriter, its affiliates, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your participation in the masterclass, the use of materials, your reliance on any information provided, or your business decisions. Nothing in this policy excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
6. Governing Law
This policy (and your purchase of the masterclass) is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute in relation to this policy or your participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
